9.10.9.12. residential Suites, Live/Work Units and industrial Buildings

(1) Except as provided in Sentence (2), not more than 1 suiteof residential occupancy shall be contained within a building classified as a Group F, Division 2 major occupancy.

(2) Except where a Group F Division 2 major occupancy is directly related to live/work units, not more than one suite of residential occupancy shall be contained within a buildingclassified as Group F, Division 2 major occupancy.
