INTERPRETATION

In this Chapter, unless the context indicates otherwise,
“accessory” means a water slide, a dry slide or any structure in or projecting into a bathing place; (accessoire)
“wading pool” means an indoor or outdoor artificial pool with a water depth not exceeding 600 mm; (pataugeoire)
“swimming pool” means an indoor or outdoor artificial pool having a water depth exceeding 600 mm; (piscine)
“diving platform” means a horizontal rigid and non-flexible, stationary diving structure; (plate-forme)
“deck” means the surface immediately surrounding a swimming pool, to which bathers have direct access when leaving the water. (promenade)
